Job Title – Data Engineer

Role Description:
We’re looking for a data engineer who thinks beyond pipelines and platforms — someone who can transform raw, messy, and distributed data into actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in helping us build intelligent, behavior-first platforms — supporting everything from dashboards & nudges to CRM/ ERP data flows.

An ideal candidate for us would be someone who:
– Can understand the language of both machines and humans, and is passionate about designing systems that empower decision-makers
– Has experience building data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows across cloud platforms
– Can structure scalable databases, design APIs, and support end-to-end product data flows
– Can collaborate with product managers, designers, and behavioral consultants to shape data structures that support real-world outcomes

What We’re Looking For:
– Experience with data engineering tools: Python, SQL, DBT, etc.
– Working knowledge of data storage and processing: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery,
– Familiarity with analytics systems, dashboards, and cloud data workflows
– Ability to design clean data models and APIs to feed front-end insights and backend logic
