6. SERVICES AND TRANSACTIONS
The Platform may provide consulting services, advisory services, digital tools, AI-enabled solutions, or other professional services.
Upon initiating a transaction, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Company for provision of the Services under applicable service-specific terms.
All fees, payment obligations, and scope of services shall be governed by the relevant engagement agreement, proposal, or invoice.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, icons
- Design, layout, and look
- Proprietary frameworks and methodologies
- Software, AI models, and tools
are the exclusive property of the Company or licensed to the Company and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No User shall acquire any ownership rights by virtue of accessing the Platform.
Unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding:
- Accuracy or completeness of information
- Suitability for specific purposes
- Uninterrupted or error-free access
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all express or implied warranties are disclaimed.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption

11. INDEMNIFICATION

- Infringement of third-party rights.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: 1 April 2025
1. CANCELLATION
Cancellation requests must be submitted within one (1) business day of placing the order or initiating service, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
The Company reserves the right to decline cancellation where services have commenced or deliverables have been issued.
2. REFUNDS
Refunds, where approved, shall be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days to the original payment method.
Refund eligibility shall depend on:
- Nature of service
- Stage of execution
- Applicable engagement terms
Custom consulting engagements may be non-refundable once initiated.
